Wonderful Ski Trip!
fresh pastries shuttle service equipment rentals attentive staff
The breakfast had great options with fresh pastries and fruits. The shuttle service was available to lifts between 9am and 5pm. I also liked that ski equipment rentals were on-site and made getting gear easy. The staff booked restaurants for us and were attentive to all our needs.
The walls are very thin, and noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

The rooms include large bathrooms with quality toiletries. The decor created a cosy environment, and the beds ensured restful sleep. Wardrobe space allowed sufficient storage for winter clothes and equipment.

The breakfast was great. The location was also good! it was easy to walk to the village for restaurants and shops. the drivers who took us to the slopes were very friendly. Their service from the ski shop in the hotel added to the excellent service.
the jacuzzi pool was not heated well, so it was cold

The hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to the ski lifts. The boot room featured on-site ski hire making equipment rental easy. The spa had a nice pool for relaxation (I took a nice swim after skiing).
The selection of fruits for breakfast could be improved.

superb stay!
convenient shuttle ski rentals helpful staff
I found the staff so helpful. They assisted with ski rentals directly at the hotel. a convenient shuttle ran to the slopes from 9 am to 5 pm. i also enjoyed the possibility of skiing back to the hotel after a day on the mountain.
The hot breakfast options seemed limited . i noticed the eggs had a slight odor. This made them unappealing.

The room featured good design. It felt very clean and well-kept. i liked the modern materials used throughout the room. it felt very cozy. it was an overall beautiful space.

i was so happy with the half-board option, and the food was good. the breakfast buffet had lots of variety, and the service was perfect. the restaurant provided hearty meals, perfect for fueling up for a day of skiing!!!
